Terms and Conditions

 
Purchasing your subscription:

By purchasing a flower subscription, you agree to receive a limited number of flower bunches or bouquets on pre-determined dates for pick-up at a pre-determined location. Once purchased, subscriptions cannot be refunded, but they can be transferred to another person at any time.​ While we do our very best to plan and prepare for all situations here on the farm, the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, drought, tropical storm or hurricane is possible and subscriptions will not be refunded.

Receiving your flowers:

Flower subscriptions will be delivered to the appropriate pick-up location on intermittent Saturdays or Tuesdays of the month during the subscription period you purchased. Bouquets will not be held at the pick-up location longer than 24 hours.

 

If you are out of town or unable to pick up your bouquet for any reason, it is your responsibility to find a substitute to pick-up your bouquet. In instances of emergency, you may contact Everbloom Fields and we will do our best to offer you a substitute pickup date, however a substitute pickup date is not guaranteed. We cannot offer refunds or credit for any shares that are not picked up. Customer's are responsible for completing the sign-up sheet on site to record that they have received their flowers.

Flower care:
Flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of at least 4-6 days. All flowers in your subscription are harvested from our farm, within days of delivery and delivered in peak condition. Many flower varieties have a different vase life, depending on care. Everbloom Fields is not responsible for the condition of the flowers once they are picked up. 
 
Communication:
At least three days before your pick-up date, you will receive an e-mail reminder as well as care instructions for the flowers in your bouquet. You are responsible for being sure that we have your correct e-mail address on file and that your inbox settings allow our e-mail communication to be received. We hope you love your flowers! If for any reason you're unhappy with your flowers, please contact Everbloom Fields via email within 12 hours of receiving your flowers!
 
Everbloom Fields will consider adding a different pick-up location and/or pick-up date if a 5 subscription minimum is met for that location. Please e-mail us at everbloomfields@gmail.com to request one.​​​​
